Any campaign or activity, advertising or not, specifically aimed at children under eighteen years of age that encourages the consumption of CBD is prohibited. In the advertising of alcoholic beverages with CBD, arguments specifically aimed at people under eighteen years of age may not be used. Likewise, minors under this age may not star in or appear in advertisements for alcoholic beverages with CBD.
